Mark Feighner survived two different types of cancer and credits his team of health care providers at UT Southwestern for saving his life. Diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome, in 2018 he underwent a bone marrow transplant at UTSW.

“For all practical purposes, there’s nothing that I can’t do and enjoy. The opportunity I have every day now to spend time with family and see them grow is wonderful. Every day is a blessing,” Mr. Feighner said.
